These Terms of Service and Software Licence Agreement ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradeDash website, software, MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisors, Telegram-related features, licence keys, preset files, installation materials, updates, support, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are provided by TradeDash ("TradeDash", "we", "us", or "our").
By purchasing, receiving, activating, installing, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install, activate, access, or use the Services.
You may use the Services only if:
If you use TradeDash on behalf of a company, partnership, trading group, introducing broker, signal provider, or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
TradeDash is software intended to assist users with management of MetaTrader 5 trading positions and related workflow functions.
Depending on the licence tier and software version, features may include:
Features may differ between BASE, PRO, and future plans.
TradeDash may change, improve, remove, replace, or add features from time to time.
TradeDash is a software tool. It is not a broker, investment adviser, fund manager, financial adviser, portfolio manager, or custodian.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing and are legally authorised to do so, TradeDash does not provide:
You remain solely responsible for every trading decision, account setting, strategy, order, position, broker relationship, and use of TradeDash.
Trading leveraged products, foreign exchange, contracts for difference, derivatives, and other financial instruments can involve substantial risk, including loss of all or more than your initial capital where applicable.
Software can also fail. Risks include, without limitation:
You should test TradeDash in an appropriate environment before relying on it with live funds.
Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as a promise that any particular trade-management action will be executed successfully or at a particular price or time.
Subject to your payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, TradeDash grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the licensed TradeDash software during the applicable licence period.
Unless your order states otherwise:
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by TradeDash.
A BASE licence provides access only to the features designated as BASE features at the time of use.
A PRO licence may include additional features, including Telegram-related controls and other functionality identified as PRO features.
Where an eligible BASE licence is upgraded to PRO before the BASE licence expires, the unused remaining BASE licence period may be preserved and the purchased upgrade duration may be added to the existing expiry date, according to the purchase terms presented at the time of upgrade.
If the BASE licence has already expired, the purchased upgrade period may begin from the time the upgrade is processed.
A Lifetime upgrade, where offered, may result in the upgraded licence having no fixed expiry date.
Any downgrade rules, timing, credit treatment, and feature changes will be governed by the terms shown at the time the downgrade is requested or processed.
Your licence duration is the period shown at purchase, renewal, or issuance.
Available periods may include:
For time-limited licences, access may stop automatically after the licence expires.
A renewal normally extends the existing licence according to the duration purchased. Where an unexpired licence is renewed, the added period may be calculated from the later of the current expiry date or the renewal-processing time, depending on the renewal type.
A "Lifetime" licence means the licence has no scheduled expiry date. It does not mean that:
A TradeDash licence key is confidential to the authorised user.
You must:
TradeDash may use hashed, encrypted, or otherwise protected versions of licence information for validation, recovery, fraud prevention, and administration.
You must not attempt to bypass, disable, alter, emulate, forge, defeat, or interfere with the TradeDash licensing system.
TradeDash may bind a licence to a computer, VPS, MetaTrader installation, account, device identifier, or other technical identifier.
If you change devices or installations, you may request a device reset where available.
We may limit, delay, review, or refuse repeated or suspicious reset requests where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, licence sharing, fraud, or security risks.
A device reset does not create a new licence or extend the licence period unless expressly stated.
PRO features may integrate with Telegram.
You are responsible for:
TradeDash is not responsible for Telegram outages, delays, account restrictions, API changes, compromised Telegram credentials, or unauthorised commands caused by your failure to secure your Telegram account or bot credentials.
Never share your Telegram bot token publicly.
TradeDash may rely on or interact with third-party products and services, including MetaTrader 5, brokers, Telegram, cloud-hosting and database providers, email-delivery providers, VPS providers, and operating-system vendors.
TradeDash is not affiliated with or endorsed by these third parties unless expressly stated.
Third-party products are governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party uptime, execution, pricing, data, outages, security, changes, API behaviour, account restrictions, or discontinuation.
Installation guides, preset files, licence files, software binaries, email attachments, and documentation supplied by TradeDash are licensed materials.
You may use them only for your authorised TradeDash use.
You may not:
.set files containing licence information; orYou may make reasonable backup copies solely for your own authorised use.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, circumvent licensing, create cracked or cloned versions, share or resell licence keys without permission, gain unauthorised access to another person's account, interfere with TradeDash infrastructure, falsely represent ownership of TradeDash, or use the Services unlawfully.
Any restriction on reverse engineering applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
TradeDash and all associated intellectual property remain the property of TradeDash or its licensors.
This includes source code, compiled software, algorithms, interface designs, graphics, logos, trade names, documentation, installation guides, email templates, website content, database structures, licensing systems, product names, and other original materials.
Except for the limited licence expressly granted under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
TradeDash licences may be introduced, referred, distributed, or arranged through an authorised partner, introducing broker, signal provider, affiliate, or other third party ("Partner").
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing:
If you paid a Partner rather than TradeDash directly, payment, cancellation, and refund handling may also be subject to that Partner's disclosed terms, subject always to applicable law.
Prices, billing periods, taxes, and payment methods are shown at the point of sale or agreed with an authorised Partner.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
Unless otherwise stated, a licence is activated only after required payment is confirmed.
We may change prices for future purchases or renewals. Price changes do not retroactively alter a paid licence period unless required by law or expressly agreed.
Except where required by applicable law or where a separate written refund policy applies, fees for activated software licences, renewals, and upgrades are non-refundable once the licence or entitlement has been issued or extended.
This does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not receive the purchased entitlement, contact [email protected] promptly.
We may provide updates, fixes, improvements, or replacement versions.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every MetaTrader 5 build, broker, account type, operating system, Mac compatibility layer, VPS, screen configuration, Telegram version, network, trading symbol, or third-party update.
You are responsible for checking compatibility before relying on the software in a live trading environment.
We may temporarily suspend parts of the Services for maintenance, security, updates, or infrastructure work.
Support channels and support availability may be described on our website, in customer communications, or through an authorised Partner.
Unless expressly included in your plan, purchase of a licence does not guarantee 24-hour support, immediate response, custom development, trading advice, broker troubleshooting, or support for unrelated third-party software.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if payment is reversed or fraudulent, a licence is shared or resold without permission, licensing or security controls are bypassed, the Services are abused, these Terms are materially breached, continued access creates a security or legal risk, or suspension is required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the affected software and Services ends.
Sections intended by their nature to survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
TradeDash does not warrant that the Services will always be available, the software will be error-free, every trade-management request will succeed, the software will work with every broker or account, Telegram commands will always arrive immediately, defects will always be corrected, or use of TradeDash will generate profits or prevent losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeDash and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, including trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, business interruption, broker losses, missed trades, slippage, account losses, third-party outages, or losses resulting from compromised user credentials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeDash's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the affected paid Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to TradeDash for that affected Service during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
You are responsible for your configuration, trading decisions, credentials, devices, accounts, and use of the Services.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify TradeDash against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person's rights, unauthorised distribution of TradeDash, breach of these Terms, or misuse of another person's trading or Telegram account.
This clause does not require you to indemnify TradeDash for losses caused by TradeDash's own fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree that we may send service-related communications electronically, including licence issuance, renewal confirmation, upgrade confirmation, security notices, support messages, operational notices, policy updates, and legally required notices where electronic delivery is permitted.
You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate.
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, security requirements, operational changes, legal or regulatory developments, or changes to third-party services.
The "Last updated" date will be changed when these Terms are revised.
Where a change is material and affects existing users, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice where required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws, the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Nothing in this clause prevents the parties from first attempting to resolve a dispute informally in good faith.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a restructuring, sale, transfer, or reorganisation of the TradeDash business, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with any applicable order terms, plan terms, Privacy Policy, and written product-specific conditions, constitute the agreement concerning your use of the Services.
